Seniors Jam Sessions

If you’re looking for an outlet to share your love of music and enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded people, check out one of the many jam sessions offered by seniors centres across Edmonton.

Thursdays, 1-3 p.m.
All are welcome to join in this open jam lead by an EASC member, so bring your guitar, your singing voice or your requests out every Thursday. There will be coffee and tea and crib and cards set-out for attendees.

Open to MWSA members and non-members.

Wednesdays, 1 - 3:30 p.m.
Led by volunteer Hugh Hustler, the jam session welcomes those who have previous knowledge and experience playing a music instrument. Members and guests enjoy the opportunity to dance and listen to music with others in a relaxing and fun environment. Visitors can also purchase cake and coffee during the intermission from our welcoming volunteer-hosts.

First and third  Fridays of the month (except April and October), 7-10 p.m.
Musicians take turns around the circle leading each other in song. Non-musicians are welcome, too, as tables are set up outside the circle for an audience. Non-members are welcome to attend.
