We will be looking for a facilitated approach in developing the alignment plan.

We will be looking at independent strategic plans for each program, however working to align the strategic plans for both programs. Again, this would utilize a facilitated approach.

It will be the Edmonton Seniors Coordinating Council.

We plan to interview the top three respondents post review of all proposals before we make final decision of how to award the contract. This would be an opportunity to discuss the project in more detail and for any other questions to be addressed. It would also give an opportunity for you to assess if the project is a good fit for your team as well.  

Consultants should allocate part of their budget to travel; if it is determined that more travel than what was estimated is required, we will either employ virtual solutions or find additional budget. Costs for hosting will be covered by ESCC or HAA. Stakeholder travel would not be covered.
