• 10 years experience teaching Pilates privately and for groups
• Experience working with seniors: has worked privately with seniors. Work on Pilates, Body Rolling, and Body Awareness is largely geared to people over 50 and those dealing with injury maintenance and prevention

• Graduate of GMCC Dance Program - mentorship under Brian Webb
• Fully Certified Pilates Equipment and Mat Teacher and Yamuna Body Rolling Teacher
• Continued studies in dance, movement, and somatic arts locally, across Canada, and in Europe

• Duration: 6 - 10 weeks, once or twice per week
