Betty Wedman
Betty is a certified Life Coach specializing in Health & Wellness, who has transformed her personal tragedy into a beacon of hope for others. After experiencing the devastating loss of her son to bullying and depression in 2008, she has dedicated her life to helping teens and adults develop positive self-images, make empowered choices, and cultivate a better quality of life. Through her work, she has become a shining example of resilience, compassion, and the power of human connection.

Join her on this journey of wellness and self-discovery, as she shares her expertise and personal insights to help you navigate life’s challenges and find hope in the darkest of times.

DIANNE BRAY
Dianne is the founder of Craft for YEG. As we age, social connections become increasingly important for our overall well-being. Building and maintaining relationships can help prevent feelings of loneliness and isolation, promoting happiness and a sense of belonging.
